Shipping

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination, therefore it can vary.

You can see the shipping cost at the Checkout page, the minimum shipping cost will be $5.99.

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 3-5 business days after the order date. Please allow some extra time for order processing during busier times of the year or during sale events.

We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses. 

You are personally responsible for any import duty/tax that may be applied to your order. This isn't a shipping charge, but a legal requirement decided by the governing law where you live. Any orders abandoned/refused by customers due to these charges will be liable for all costs shipping the order back - including the original cost of the shipping.

If you have not received your order after 30 days from the dispatch date - let us know asap, no later than 60 days from your order date.
